What are the common bonding tools for mold assembly?
The mould is convex, the concave die or the guide column, the guide sleeve adopts the bonding method fixed, the operation is simple, and has the sufficient strength.For example by using inorganic adhesive, adhesive with copper oxide powder and phosphoric acid solution, stick relay is strong, mainly is suitable for the enclosed (such as the combination of axial and set) and semi-closed (such as the combination of slot and key), used for flat butt and lap.
The tools used for adhesion are usually 100mm x 140mm (3mm thick), as well as dropper, copper spoon, brush and copper scraper with bakelite hand, as shown in the figure below.
