Our state-of-the-art molding facility is equipped with press machines ranging from 80T to 1600T, with a yearly capacity of over 400 molds. We specialize in plastic injection molds, stamping, punching, blowing molds, and die casting molds, and offer a range of secondary processes, assembly, and packaging services. Around 60% of our production is exported globally, with a strong presence in Europe and North America. At ABIS, we are committed to delivering high-quality solutions that meet your exact needs, ensuring your project moves seamlessly from idea to market-ready product.

Wide Product Range
ABlS applies advanced software for mold design, such as auto CAD, UG, Solid Works ProE, etc. DME/HASCO/DlADO mold base is from LkM, and high-grade steel is used, such as ASSAB STAVAX S136, S-7. H13. NAK80 for Cavity/Core, Mold master / DME HUSKY / Thermoplay / income/YUDO HRS as specified.
Mold components: DME, Progressive, PcS, Punch, Superior, and Royal, etc.

Our molding press machine ranges from 40T to 650T, with 200+ mold capacity each year, and 70 % are exported to Europe and North America.
In addition to our plastic mold and molding specialty, we also can provide you with the series such as die casting, stamping punching, blowing mold, as well as the secondary process.

At ABlS, All new programs are entered into APQP as soon as the purchase order is received. A team will be assigned to review all steps of the project from tool design through work cell assignment, continuing on to the customer's first production run.
