What are the common tools of manual assembly tools?
The tools commonly used in manual assembly are divided into two categories: general purpose and special purpose.
General tools have spanner, hexagon wrench, splint or to die, jack and so on.As shown in FIG. 1, a parallel clamp is used to clamp the parts of the upper and lower parts to drill and hinge.As shown in FIG. 2, the working legend of the jack is used for assembly of the mould frame, especially when the mold base guide sleeve is adhered to.In the process of adjusting the gap between the die and the die, it can be used to control the drop depth of the convex mold, which can be used to protect the cutting edge.
