Unit 1.
Die alignment unit is also known as the fitting and guiding device of die blade.For the purpose of maintaining the alignment of the upper and lower die and shortening the preparation time, according to the requirements of product precision and production quantity and other conditions, there are five main types of mold alignment units:
(1) there is no guide type: when the mold is installed in the punch press, it will directly perform the matching operation of the blade part, without using the guiding device.
(2). External guidance type: this device is the most standard structure. The guidance device is installed in the upper mold base and the lower die block.
(3). External guidance and internal guidance and use (1): this device is the most commonly used structure for continuous molds, and the internal guidance device is installed between the punch plate and the pressing plate.Use of fixed pin and external guide for punch and die.The other function of the inner guidance device is to prevent the pressure plate slanting and protect the small punch.
(4). External guidance and internal guidance and use (2): this device is the use structure of high precision high speed continuous mold, and the internal guidance device runs through the punch plate, pressboard and die plate, etc.The inner guidance device itself also has the mold blade to the joint and protect the small punch.The main function of the external guide is to disassemble the mould and install it in the punching machine.
(5). The guiding type: this structure does not use outside guidance device, inner guidance device through the punch fixed plate fixed plate, pressure plate and concave die, and so on, properly keep the position of each board to protect the punch.
2. Guide column and guide sleeve unit.
There are two types of guide and guide elements of the guide and guide unit of the mould :(A). External guidance type (mold seat type or leading lead), (B). Internal guidance type (or auxiliary guide).With the requirement of precision mould, external guidance and inner guidance are used.

(3). External guidance and internal guidance and use: a set of die with external guidance and internal guidance.
3. Punch and die unit (circle)
(1). Punch unit: the round punch unit is convenient for the shape (shoulder type and straight type), length and maintenance, and the punch unit should be used with the pressure plate guide unit.
(2). Die unit: circular die units guide bush also called concave die, its form has the whole block type and separated type, in accordance with the production, and products service life or the place of stampings rationally, die unit combination of series have: (A). 4. Press bolt and spring unit.
(1) pressure bolt element :(A). External screw type, (B). Sleeve type, (C). When selecting the loading spring unit, it is best to consider the following points to decide:

5. Guide pin unit (positioning of material strip feeding direction)
(1) guide pin unit: the main function of the guide pin is to get the correct feed pitch during continuous stamping.The stamping die is in two forms: indirect type (guide pin alone) and direct type (guide pin is installed inside the punch).
(2) the assembly mode of the guide pin is the same as the punch punch (installed in the punch holder plate).Use springs to hold it hostage to the punch plate.

(4), guide pin unit directly, its installed in the punch, is mainly used for shape cutting processing (cutting) or extended engineering of trimming processing, its positioning system using the products of the hole and extension of inner diameter.
6. Guide unit
(1) in order to make the width of the processed materials be guided and get the correct feeding pitch, the guide element is used to guide the width direction of the processed materials.

7. Lifting material and top material unit.

8. Fixed pin unit.
Fixed pin units need designed shape and size according to the standard specifications, when using the matters needing attention are: (A). 9. Pressure plate unit.

10. Error sending detection unit.
In the case of continuous die stamping, the die must be designed to detect whether the change of the feed pitch exceeds its benchmark and stop the operation of the punch.Error detection unit is installed within the mold and based on the detection method has the following two installed forms: (A). 11. Waste cutting unit.

12. Height stop block unit.
