         How to compile the repairing and manufacturing process of injection molding machine gear?

   It is assumed that the manufacturing material of gear is 45 steel and the manufacturing precision is 8 grades (gb10095-1988). The manufacturing process sequence is as follows.

   The rough stock of no. 45 round steel (free forging billet when the diameter is large) is used, leaving a processing allowance of 6 ~ 8mm.

   The forged gear blank should be annealed.

   Press each part of the coarse car, set aside 2 ~ 3mm machining allowance.

   The hardness of HB=220 ~ 250.

   Transaction car parts, leaving 0.25 ~ 0.40mm fine car balance.

   Briefing car: refine the inside hole, outside circle and end face to size (base face should be marked), and then other parts of the car to size.

   Reverse the tool parts and finish all parts of the car to dimensions.

   Milling teeth, marking surface for the base surface, with a percentage table to find the right, coarse, precision two milling teeth.The roughness Ra of the tooth surface should not be greater than 1.6m.

   HRC = 45 ~ 50 (this procedure is only used for high speed pinion gear, low speed pinion gear and only for conditioning treatment).

   Direct processing keyway.
