What are the causes of wear and tear of rolling bearing of injection molding machine?

(5)Losses of rolling bearings in injection molding machines are caused by the failure of materials to be well plasticized due to the low temperature in the cylinder.The other is because the raw materials are mixed with hard metal blocks and so on into the cylinder.Both conditions can make great resistance produced by the rotation of rotation of the screw, the screw force moves the raw material to produce large axial force make the screw at the back of the thrust bearing force beyond the bearing capacity limit load and destruction.The other cause of bearing damage is: the bearing assembly method is not correct, when assembling the bearing, hit the bearing jacket with a heavy hammer;Or when the pressure is assembled, the bearing capacity of the bearing jacket and the force of the shaft and the bearing are different from each other.
