How to maintain the gear box in the injection molding machine?
For the first time, the new injection molding machine is used. After one month's production, the lubricating oil in the deceleration box should be released, cleaned and replaced with new lubricating oil [generally, l-ckb220 (gb5903-1995) industrial gear oil can be used].
This is because at the initial stage of the new gear meshing, a large amount of metal powder will fall off when the involute contact surface of the two gears is grinded and mixed into the lubricating oil.
If the oil change is not cleaned in time, the metal powder mixed with the oil will accelerate the wear of the tooth surface or bearing like emery sand.
Circulating should check the amount of lubricating oil in the gear box before the equipment works, and keep the lubricating oil surface within the range of the specified oil mark.
Before driving, torque needs to drive the wheelset with the hand wheel rotating reducer.
check gear box bearing parts and lubricating oil temperature, under normal circumstances, should be under 50 ℃ temperature.
Every year, check gear abrasion by unpacking the case, add and replace lubrication in the bearing, and replace lubricating oil if it is not clean.
