4. Usually, the processing coordinates are at the position of 2D zero.
11. When doing fine milling programs, the side that open the rough program is not done by oneself needs to see the rough program that others do, for the convenience of doing fine milling programs to guarantee the safety factor.If open rough is done by the customer and can not provide open rough code then need to be on the physical knife path.
12. When doing fine milling, carefully check the discharge position of the electrode.If the electrode is not removed by itself, it is more necessary to look at the electrode, and check whether there is a leakage electrode, and check if there is a leakage electrode filled in time.Make sure that the knife is not missed and never reworked.
13. If there are some marks such as "base" or "model number" in the kernel reference Angle, it needs to be programmed.Generally use 1r0.5 ball knife for 0.10 deep, if the font is too small, use 0.3 or so grinding flat knife.
14. All processed mold kernels need not too high degree of finish to avoid empty space and chamfering, and can leave no space in the program at the first place, and the parameters are slightly more delicate than the light;If smooth clean degree request high individual light, the allowance is in 0.3 not in light, direct light knife.
