Mold parts assembly
In the process of grinding and electric machining, the workpiece will be magnetized to a certain extent, with weak magnetic force, and it is easy to absorb some small sundries. Therefore, before assembling, sufficient demagnetization should be done to the workpiece and the surface should be cleaned with ethyl acetate.During the assembly process :(1) understand the assembly drawing first and prepare all kinds of parts;(2) list the assembly order of each part;(3) check the dimensional accuracy of each part and make clear the requirements for coordination;(4) complete the required tools, and then start to assemble the mold;(5) first install the guide column guide sleeve of the formwork frame part and insert assembly of the moulding block;(6) combine the vertical formwork with the punch and die, and adjust the position of each plate slightly;(7) open and close the mold, and check whether the mold action is reliable.
