This rib is connected to the surface of the product, which will directly affect the surface quality of the product and produce a microcosm. Therefore, glue reduction treatment is required. Considering the strength, a rib can be added at the position where the glue is reduced.
The picture above shows that there is no material reduction, which will cause the surface of the product to be miniature.
The rib thickness = 0.4 times basic body thickness.
The size of arrows area in the picture is larger than the thickness of the base body part, so the surface of the product will definitely have a sink. Therefore, when we are doing product review, we must propose that the core side must be treated with materail reduction, and the R angle on the inner side is canceled, which is related to the appearance surface.
