General slider design methods and size

W = sliding length of the slider, it is generally 1.5 times of H .
H = total height of the slider.
h = the height of the clamping surface of the slider, the general design should be based on the front end of the product, The clamping height is determined, the height of 2/3 of the molding surface can also be higher than it.
h1=Design according to the length of the spring and heigth of the push-out stoke of Angular pin, A=The angle of the Angular pin, the maximum is 22 degrees.
A1 = The angle of clamping surface, 2-5 degrees larger than A.

The back locking shown in the above picture is easy to be ignored. During the design process, there are many small sliders. If there is no locking and hanging at the back, the back locking must be done to prevent the slider from retreating during the injection.

The slider in the picture above is another method, mainly because the clamping height is 2/3 of the height of the molding surface, or it can be higher than it.
The height of h2 must be reasonable, and the position should be as high as possible.
