In 2019, nearly 500 sets of injection molds were made at home and abroad. In the beginning of 2020, due to the epidemic, domestic and foreign businesses have been greatly affected, but they began to recover slowly in April, especially domestic businesses have recovered quickly, because many new product developments have been suspended after the outbreak of the foreign epidemic, but the demand for finished products Significant increase. The domestic export volume of finished products is gratifying, and the domestic mold business is also rising with the tide. Our company has received many new mold development orders for many products. In addition, the sales of our own brand products abroad are very good, such as air coolers, heaters, smart flower pots... So this year, each set of copy molds is opened with 6, 7 sets, and the injection molding department is working overtime to catch up with the goods. In addition, the injection molds of several new products of the domestic brand Tencent are also opened in our mold room, and the finished products and accessories will be produced in our injection workshop in the future.
Although the current situation abroad is impermanent, foreign trade is greatly affected, because many countries have been slow to recover from the epidemic, and Sino-US relations are also relatively tense. However, because our price is reasonable, the quality is guaranteed, and the old customers are also well maintained, after slowly recovering abroad, new orders have been placed one after another. There are also some new customers who place orders after watching the factory through video. Based on the existing domestic and foreign molds and injection molding orders, our company decided to expand the injection molding department workshop. It can be seen that the floor is still the usual green floor plus yellow attention line, the injection molding machine and the goods are arranged in an orderly manner, and the window machine is bright. There are 8 new injection molding machines of 120 tons, 3 of 160 tons, and one of 450 tons. In addition, each injection molding machine is equipped with a robot and a conveyor. In this way, the previous injection molding machine and supporting equipment are added. Our company has 28 injection molding machines of various tonnages.
