In January 2026, Shenzhen Xiaohe & ABIS Mold Technology Co., Ltd. held its annual team building event in Longgang District, Shenzhen. 23 employees participated in the activity, which included corporate culture training, team discussions, and outdoor dining.
ABIS Chairman Zeng Zhicheng founded the Xiaohe brand in 2021, focusing on healthy sleep product development, based on years of experience in mold manufacturing. Currently, the two brands form a complementary relationship, with ABIS handling precision mold manufacturing and providing technical support for Xiaohe.
Clarifying Mission, Vision, and Values
During the morning training session, the brand manager led the team through the core elements of corporate culture. Xiaohe's mission is "to create a platform for growth and gratitude for strivers, to improve quality sleep, to upgrade the industry, and to make humanity healthier." The vision is "to become the preferred brand for quality sleep and a global leader in the healthy sleep industry." The values include five aspects: professionalism, efficiency, innovation, altruism, and win-win cooperation.



The training instructor explained the concept of "establishing one's calling," from achieving adulthood to building a family to maintaining health, emphasizing the relationship between personal growth and company development. Tea and fruit were prepared in the conference room, and everyone discussed while eating.
An employee who joined three months ago said:
"Before, I just knew the company makes sleep products. Today I learned about the philosophy behind it. I mean... how to put it, it feels like this isn't just about selling things, but really wanting to help users sleep better."
Group Discussions on Industry Value


Group discussions were held in the afternoon. Employees divided into 4 groups to exchange ideas about questions like "Why does our industry exist?" and "How do we understand altruism and win-win cooperation?" The discussions were quite lively, with some groups extending their time.
A colleague from the technical department shared:
"I used to think words like 'altruism' were pretty abstract, but after today's discussion, I think it's really just about making good products that customers are comfortable using. That way customers will repurchase and recommend us, and the company can develop. It really is win-win."
A marketing colleague added:
"Competition is quite fierce now. If we only focus on quick money, there might be short-term gains, but it definitely won't work long-term. We still need to focus on product quality."
Outdoor Dining Enhances Communication

The evening dinner was arranged at a Chinese courtyard restaurant. Everyone sat around hot pot tables in a relaxed atmosphere.
The HR manager gave a brief summary before dinner started, mentioning that the main purpose of this event was to help everyone better understand corporate culture and strengthen team cohesion. She said:
"Xiaohe is still in its growth stage and needs everyone's effort. I hope today's activity helps everyone identify more with the company's direction."

At the end of the event, all employees took a group photo outdoors. The banner read "Draw a Happy New Blueprint Together," which is Xiaohe's theme for 2026.
The company also prepared small gifts for each employee-a set of tea pet ornaments.

This team building activity lasted about 8 hours, from 9 AM to 5 PM. It is understood that Xiaohe plans to launch new product series in the first quarter of 2026 and expand marketing efforts.
