What is the reason why the front and rear moving speed of injection molding machine is not stable and what is the elimination method?
If there is gas mixed in the hydraulic cylinder, the working pressure of the hydraulic oil will be unstable. With the increase of the amount of gas mixed in, the uneven sound will be produced in the oil pump and the pipeline.When you look at the pressure gauge, you can see that the needle has a large swing.The unstable oil transfer pressure will cause the piston of the cylinder pushing the injection seat to crawl.
The solution to the unstable operation of the injection base is as follows.
A. Open the exhaust valve above the cylinder and allow the piston to make several reciprocating movements to remove the gas until the hydraulic oil erupts.
B. Tighten all connections in the pipeline to prevent oil leakage.
C. The return and suction pipes in the oil tank shall be separated by baffles.
D. Clean the oil filter net and add enough hydraulic oil to ensure the hydraulic oil level in the tank is at the highest level of the oil mark.
The sliding friction resistance of circulating injection seat on the guide rail is large, which is caused by the poor lubrication conditions between two relatively moving friction surfaces.Or the cylinder piston rod movement is not parallel to the guide rail plane, so that the injection seat movement resistance increases.
The solution is as follows.
A. Attention should be paid to regularly check the injection of lubricating oil on the guide rail to keep a good lubricating oil film formed between the injection seat and the guide rail. Oil should be injected frequently (about once every 2 hours), with a small amount to avoid environmental pollution.
B. If the lubricating oil film is not strong enough, use the lubricating oil with high viscosity.
C. If not, and the bad lubrication condition should be testing whether the oil cylinder piston rod bending deformation, piston and piston rod whether each part of the concentric, seal pressure is too large and check if correction piston rod run and guide plane is not parallel, etc.
