Hydraulic valves of injection molding machine wear, failure reasons
(1)cylinder valve core, sliding friction in the valve body for a long time, resulting in the valve body cavity inner diameter and valve core outer diameter wear.The wear and clearance of the two mating parts increase, so that the amount of hydraulic oil leakage flow in the valve body increases, resulting in the slow movement of the valve core reversing reaction, and cannot work when serious.
(2) in the hydraulic oil pressure valve core, the sliding operation impact is bigger, in this case the action for a long time, can make the ball valve core or cone core and valve seat, due to the impact and wear or deformation, cause work within the hydraulic oil leakage.
(3)The spring in the torque valve body frequently expands for a long time, causing fatigue deformation of the spring material or elastic change of the spring under the action of high temperature.
(4)The manufacturing precision of valve core and valve body inner cavity is low, and the fitting precision of two parts is not satisfied after assembly.Or more impurities in the oil, causing the valve core in the valve body cavity movement is not flexible, slow reaction action or there is a phenomenon of clamping.
(5)Flow return tubing is not smooth (there is foreign matter in the pipe blocked or the valve is not in position), resulting in back pressure, making the directional valve unable to move or slow.
(6)In the three-position four-way directional flow valve, the movement of the slide valve core cannot be stopped in the middle position due to the pressure difference between the two springs, so the movement of the directional flow is inaccurate and slow.The magnetic force of electromagnets at both ends is not equal, and it is easy to produce the above situation.
