3) Insufficient strength of the punch, modification of the design, increase of the overall strength of the punch, reduction of the size of the straight edge of the die, attention to the trimming of the edge of the punch edge, or the curvature of the minor part;
4) The size of the punch is too close to each other, the material is hauled during punching, and the small punch is broken. The length of the punch can be shortened by more than one material thickness of the large punch.
5) The punch and die are too sharp corners, modify the design;
6) The blanking gap is too small to control the accuracy of punching and recessing die or to modify the design gap. The punching gap in the small part is properly increased.
7) No punching oil or used stamping oil has a high volatility. It can adjust the amount of oil drip in the stamping oil or change the oil type.
8) The uneven punching clearance is offset, the male and female molds interfere, the accuracy of each molded part is inspected, and the adjustment or replacement is performed to control the machining accuracy;
9) Inaccurate or worn trimming inserts lose precision guiding function and need to be repaired or replaced;
10) The wear of the die guide is inaccurate. Replace the guide bushing and pay attention to the daily maintenance.
11) Improper selection of punch and die material, improper hardness, need to replace the use of materials, use the appropriate hardness;
12) Abraded parts (pins) are worn out and need to replace the leading parts;
13) Improper setting of spacers, corrections required, use of gaskets to reduce the number of pads and use of steel pads, gaskets under the mold should be placed under the pads.
