1) The guide pin wears, the pin diameter is insufficient, replace the pilot pin;
2) The accuracy of the bending guide portion is poorly worn, reground or replaced;
3) Abrasion of the convex and concave molds (pressure loss), re-grinding or replacement;
4) Insufficient mold allowance, inspection, correction;
5) The material is slipped, the convex and concave molds do not have a guiding function, and no preload is applied during bending. The design can be modified, and the guide position and preloading function can be added.
6) The mold structure and design dimensions are not good. It is possible to modify the design dimensions, decompose and bend, and increase bending and shaping;
7) When punching parts are burrs, which need to be repaired when the material bite is under bad bending;
8) More gaskets are added to the concave parts of the punch in the bending area, resulting in unstable dimensions. The overall steel pad must be adjusted;
9) When the material thickness dimension or mechanical performance fluctuates, it is necessary to change the material and control the feeding quality.
