What are the cautions of using the sample test mould?
The following items are used to check the mold (or parts) :
1) to borrow the mold sample, it is necessary to find out the marks, and the sample marks used shall be consistent with the mold drawing Numbers produced.Do not remember to use.
2) the sample that is not used for a long time can be used after passing the inspection.Non-conforming samples of deformation, corrosion and wear cannot be used.
3) the sample should be cleaned before use, and should be handled with a light weight to prevent damage or deformation, so as to avoid premature wear or loss of accuracy.
4) when measuring, the temperature of the sample should be close to the temperature of the molds (or parts) to avoid errors.
5) after the sample is used, it should be cleaned, coated with anti-rust oil, and properly kept or returned to the tool bank.
