                       Requirement of precision machining on machining process

   High value - added mold processing requires the entire process to be standardized, with a mature technical level.Each processing link of the part should have clear process arrangement and requirement.Each process is processed in strict accordance with the process method and requirements, so as to guarantee the success rate of high-precision parts manufacturing.In particular, welding and other repair of precision parts are taboo. Any quality problem in any processing link will lead to the scrap of the whole part.Edm is often the last process in the entire process, and strict control of machining quality is particularly important.

   Some specifications should be made for precision edm processes:

   The split electrodes of the design department should meet the requirements of precision machining, and special attention should be paid to the treatment of thin and fine parts.

   Relevant machining drawings should be made for the processing contents. Accurate positioning method should be adopted to provide accurate machining data.

   Due to the small parts of many parts, it is not easy to grasp the shape to be machined before machining, which should provide detailed 3D basis for the machining staff.

   The parts used for processing shall be processed through the previous processes of stress removal, demagnetization and preprocessing.

   The locating datum surface of workpiece should be fine ground and chamfered by grinding machine.

   The electrode should have the reference Angle of distinguishing direction, and the reference Angle of the workpiece corresponds to the reference Angle of the workpiece.

   The electrode number and rough and fine mark shall be marked on the electrode, and the detailed information of the processing shall be given on the machining drawing, such as the number of electrodes, scaling of the electrode size, machining tolerance and surface roughness requirements.

   The standard and clear processing procedure can make the processing personnel work step by step, reduce the error rate and improve the processing quality.
