Requirement of precision machining for machining environment and tools
Precision machining also has requirements on the processing environment. High precision machining should be equipped with special finishing room, which can prevent vibration, dust and pollution caused by the operation of other machine tools in the workshop from affecting the machining accuracy.
Processing indoor should install air conditioning, to control the room temperature 20 ℃ + 2 ℃ or so, the size of the thin small parts will be affected by temperature and measurement error, edm machine only under the condition of constant temperature can play a predetermined processing performance.
The tools used in precision machining shall be of high precision, such as flat clamp, sinusoidal disk, punch moulding grinder, measuring block, micrometer, and measuring instrument.These tools are used to complete the auxiliary operation during machining, and the accuracy of the tools directly affects the machining accuracy.
