                         How to use injection mould?

When using plastic injection mould, the following procedure is generally used:

(1) the plastic drying plastics should be dried in the thermostatic cabinet before injection, and the moisture and volatile matter in plastic should be removed.

(2) preheat the embedded parts to rust, wash and preheat before use, in case of deformation and crack after molding.Preheat temperature is 110 ~ 130 ℃.

(3) the feeding hopper mechanism is adjusted by adding materials, and the raw material is added into the hopper to warm it up, and then it is heated to melt.

(4) the deformable agent is not easy to be applied to the mold in the cavity, and the mold is generally used as powder, zinc, white oil (liquid paraffin), silicone oil and toluene solution. In addition to nylon and transparent plastic, other plastics can use zinc stearate;White oil (liquid paraffin) is suitable for nylon plastics;Silicone oil toluene solution is suitable for all kinds of plastics.Apply the demodulator evenly and don't overdo it.

(5) adjust the mold temperature mold temperature should be according to a variety of plastic parts, plastic parts of wall thickness, shape, and the forming request, generally is about 100 ℃.Small mold with material temperature to improve mold temperature, large mold with mobile electric heater to heat the mold.

(6) injection molding machine injection molding. The injection pressure depends on the variety, shape, wall thickness and mold structure of the plastic parts, generally 40~130MPa.The injection rate is usually 3 ~10s.

(7) when the molten plastic is injected into the cavity, it should still be filled with a certain injection pressure, and the time of pressure protection is 30~120s.The screw and plunger will be returned when the machine is operated after a certain pressure reduction time is reached.

(8) after cooling and stripping, the mold should be cooled for 30~120s, and then the mold is removed.Plastic parts for easy deformation (such as thin-walled parts), should be placed in the plastic mold for cold shaping.
