How to overcome the buckling deformation of plastic parts when injection mold injection molding?

After injection molding of plastic parts, the warping deformation occurs, and the following measures are often adopted to adjust and improve:

1) after forming the plastic parts, the cooling time is not enough or the mold temperature is too high and the mold is too early to cure, which causes the warping of deformation. At this time, the mold cooling time should be extended to reduce the mold temperature, accelerate the cooling rate, and then mold and solidify.

2) if the feeding port location is not reasonable, the inlet size is small; The temperature and mold temperature are too low, the injection pressure is small, the speed is fast, the pressure protection time is insufficient, and the uneven cooling and uneven shrinkage can produce the warp deformation of the plastic parts. At this time, the process should be adjusted according to the above conditions to make the process flow reasonable to obtain qualified plastic products.

3) in the injection molding, the temperature should be consistent and the temperature should not be too different.Otherwise, it will result in the uneven cooling of the plastic parts, easily deformation. At this time, the mold temperature should be controlled reasonably, and the temperature of the moving and fixed mold should be consistent.

4) if the mould is not strong enough, it is easy to deform; The mould precision is low, the positioning is not reliable, also easy to make the plastic parts warp.At this point, the mold should be redesigned.

5) uneven force on the top of the mould and improper positioning of the top bar make the plastic parts deform when out of mold.At this point, the ejection mechanism should be rearranged so that the position of the top rod is evenly distributed, and the force of the top part should be uniform.

6) modify the plastic parts to make the shape design of the plastic parts reasonable, the difference between thin and thick parts should not be too large, and the embedded parts should be evenly distributed to meet the technical requirements.
