(1)Carry the packing case of the injection molding machine to the workshop and place it near the place to be installed.
(2) split open a case before the assembled equipment management technicians, equipment buyer, production equipment management personnel, transportation, handling, head, head and process technology of the production workshop for unpacking acceptance work together.
(3) remove packing all the dirt, check the packing appearance, if there is any breakage found, see if any damage to the equipment parts, if there is any damage phenomenon, should immediately dealing with the authorities and responsible was found and, when necessary, take photos.
(4) split open a case.First remove the cover, then remove the four-sided side panel, pay attention to the safety of the equipment, do not be hit by heavy objects.
(5)Transaction finds the equipment packing list.The content shall include equipment specification, equipment ex-factory qualification certificate, equipment vulnerable parts, accessory parts and list description, etc.
(6)Guarantee that the name, specification, model and certificate of equipment are in compliance with the contract;Check the parts according to the packing list. The quantity should match the list.
(7)Use diesel fuel to clean parts and equipment parts and check if there is any damage or corrosion.If all goes well and no problems related to the quality of the equipment are found, the equipment management personnel shall make records, and the personnel involved in the acceptance shall sign the acceptance inspection and put it on record.
