How to choose the theoretical injection amount of injection molding machine according to the quality of products?
The total quality of the products is calculated
Q=KX (product quality + material quality of gate system)
Where, K - coefficient is 1.1 ~ 1.3.
The amount of flux to be injected into this product by injection molding machine is calculated
Qs = Q x 1.05 / rho r
The latter is the product density.
Calculation example: the quality of a PE product is 200g, and the material used in the runner system is estimated to be 22g. What is the amount of material needed for the injection molding of this product by the injection molding machine (g)?
Materials used for injection molding of products: Q=1.2 * (200 + 22)=266.4 (g)
Vacuum forming: Qs = 266.4 x 1.05/0.92= 304.04 (g)
The theoretical injection volume of the injection molding machine for this product should be slightly greater than Qs.
