Three-fourths of the blow molding products are made by extrusion blow molding.Extrusion process is to force material through a hole or mold to make products.
Extrusion blow molding process consists of 5 steps:
1. Plastic mold (extrusion of hollow plastic tube);
2. Close the mold and clamp the mold and cut off the mold.
3. Blow up the cold wall of the mold cavity, adjust the opening and maintain certain pressure during cooling;
4. Open the mold and remove the blown parts;
5. Trim the flying edge to get the finished product.
