How to install injection mold?
(1) preparation before installation
1.Remove all dust particles on the surface of the template and the mold, and select the fasteners of the fixed template.
2.The molds installed are checked and checked with the injection molding machine used, and confirmed to be correct.Classify the standard parts, workpieces, clamps and measuring tools used for installation separately and place them in a prominent place on the workbench.
(2) To install
1.the fitting position of the material inlet liner, formwork locating hole and locating ring.
2.Balance check whether the guide column and guide sleeve are correctly positioned, and the sliding coordination state should be light and comfortable.
3.Torque adopts low pressure and slow speed closing mode, and carefully observe the working position of each part.
4.The pressing plate shall be uniformly distributed, and the tightening point of bolts shall be reasonably distributed. When the nut is added, the diagonal shall be tightened at the same time and the tightening force shall be gradually increased.
5.5mm clearance should be left between the fixing plate of the ejector and the bottom plate of the moving die.
6.Calculate the template stroke, fix the trip slider control switch, and adjust the travel distance of the moving template.
7.The working position of the tool is tested and the limit switch of the tool is adjusted.
8.To adjust the magnitude of shrinkage force, start from low value first, whichever is easier to stretch the elbow connecting rod during mold closing motion.
