How to determine the main channel size of thermoplastic injection mould?
The main channel size is determined according to the following principles:
1) d= injection machine nozzle hole diameter + (0.5 ~ 1) mm.
2) it is 2 ~ 4 (3 ~ 6) for the plastic with poor liquidity.
3) R= the spherical radius of the nozzle of the injection machine + (2 ~ 3) mm.
4) L should be as short as possible.The value of L is large, the plastic cooling is excessive, the loss is large, generally not exceeding 60mm.

1 - main channel 2 - channel 3 - gate.
4 - plastic parts 5 - cold material hole.
