Thermosetting plastic injection mould clamping force is calculated according to the formula.
Fs is greater than (0.6 ~ 0.8) pcA.
Fs - rated locking force (N);
Pc -- the internal pressure, the phenolic plastic takes 30 ~ 40MPa, the amino plastic takes 40 ~ 60MPa, the polyester plastic takes 10 ~ 20MPa;
A - the total projected area (mm2) of the plastic parts and the pouring system.
