Five elements of injection molding process:
1. Temperature:

B. Material temperature: namely, the temperature of the barrel. The temperature should be set according to the shape and function of the material and the product. If there is a document, set it according to the document.
C, mould temperature, the temperature is an important parameter, it has great influence on the performance of the high and low for the product, so the set must be considered when the product function and structure, as well as considering the material and cycle.
2. Speed:
A, the speed setting of the opening and closing mode, the setting of the opening and closing mode is generally based on the principle of slow, fast and slow, so the setting is mainly to consider the machine, mold and cycle.
B. Ejection setting: it can be set according to the structure of the product. It is better to have a complicated structure with a slow speed and some quick ejection, shortening the period.
C, firing rate: according to the size of the product, structure to set, if the complex structure is relatively thin wall can be quickly, if the simple structure of the wall thickness is available slowly, but also according to the material performance, from slow to fast setting.
3. Pressure:
A. Injection pressure: according to the size of the product, the thickness of the wall shall be low to high, and other factors should be considered when debugging.
B. Pressure keeping pressure: the pressure maintaining pressure is mainly to ensure the design of the product, the stable dimension, and the setting shall be set according to the structure and shape of the product.
C. Low pressure protection pressure: this pressure mainly protects the mold, so as to minimize the damage of the mold.
D. Clamping force: it is the force required for the mold to be in high pressure, some of which can adjust the clamping force, some can not.
4. Time:
. A rubber, time: the time setting must be longer than the actual time, also can have the effect of shoot rubber protection, in shot time value is greater than the actual value of 0.2 seconds, set should be considered when cooperate with pressure, speed, temperature.
B. Low voltage protection time: in manual mode, the time is set to 2 seconds, and then the actual time will be added by 0.02 seconds.
C. Cooling time: this time is usually set according to the size and thickness of the product, but it should not be larger than the cooling time, so that the product can be fully formed.
D, the holding time: the time is after the injection in order to guarantee the size of the products, under the pressure of pressure turn back the hands of the melt before the gate of the cooling time, can be set according to the gate big and small.
5. Location:
A, position combining A model depending on the speed corresponding to set the process, the key to set the low voltage protection when the starting position of the good, the low voltage starting position should be most likely to protect the mold, and will not affect the cycle, terminate the location should be in slow when clamping mould die before and after the location of the contact.
B, top out position: this position can satisfy the product completely demoulding, first by small to large increment to set, attention to install the model must be set to "0", otherwise easy to damage the mold.
C. Melting position: calculate the material size according to the product size and screw size, and then set the corresponding position.
D, V - P position should be from big to small namely Short - Short method to find V - P position (i.e. V - P switching point).
In summary: these five elements are mutually complementary in debugging, and must be connected to set up debugging
