1. Hot point

Side edge: the processing program is compensated, the unilateral remaining 0.02mm residual test match, the operator USES the needle gauge to match, the tolerance guarantees the unilateral in 0.015~0.005mm, other dimensions according to the dimensions of the 3D map.
2. Insert button
The side edge of the insert button should be processed according to the procedure, and the size should be done.The depth (Z value) of the insert buckle is accurate according to the size number. The operator USES the calibrating depth of the calibrator, and the tolerance requires the gongs to be 0.01mm.
3. Colloidal size
All the finishing procedures of all glue bits should be left 0.02mm(special case exception), and the single side left 0.15mm required by the fire pattern is used to process EDM lines.
4. Insert and touch the position.
Under normal conditions, the former model is accurate, and the rear mold kernel remains.
5. Side lock bits
The bottom depth (Z value) of the edge locked-in position is made to the size, while the side of the side lock is required to open the compensation for the unilateral 0.02mm trial match. The operator is closely matched according to the drawing size, and the tolerance guarantees the unilateral 0.015~0.005mm.
