Because those parts are small and many undercuts, its use the 3 plate mold and point gate is better. throught use the different runner size to belance the material moving. you can see the right picture
that shows mold flow is good.
the products draft angle also very important, nomally 1 angle is ok for general surface. below
left picure show that green surface is zero angle, so need to change it to 1 angle to avoid
pulling damage. and right picture show the red place that wall thickness to thick may
cause sink marks.
those parts need to make 6 lifts and 3 slides. sliders using the force of the angular pin at a
certain angle. Then the slider block would be pull out. the lifter moving angle is 8, and
the enjection stoke is undercut length add 1.5mm. below pictures respectively show the
cavity and core.
below is cooling system. its simple and general water line. the slides all made the cooling system.
above is the simple DFM report shows and some details always in mold design 3D. and after
T1 mold trial, we can check the mold dimentions and appearance whether meet the
customer's requiement.
