When injection molding injection molding, how to overcome the surrounding flanging?
When injection mould injection molding plastic parts around the flash is too big, is mainly due to the bad clamping, clearance is too large, insufficient clamping force, good liquidity and moulding conditions, from the mold parting surface or other aperture overflow melt material, formed in the plastic pieces of the redundant flash, affected the quality of molded parts.The measures for trimming and improving the molds are:
1) adjust the mould to close the parting surface, reduce the gap between the cavity and the core sliding parts, so as to prevent the plastic overflow from forming a flying edge.
2) redressing the mold, increasing the strength and rigidity of the mold, so that each supporting surface is parallel to each other.
3) reduce the injection pressure and increase the clamping force, and make the injection machine and dynamic template parallel.
4) the injection machine should be replaced if the projected area of the plastic parts exceeds the area of plastic parts allowed by the injection machine.
5) if the plastic fluidity is too large, the material temperature, the mold temperature is too high or the injection speed is too high, and the flapping is too big, the injection speed should be changed, the temperature of the material temperature and the mold temperature should be reduced.
6) adjust the feeding amount properly, and remove the foreign body and oil stains on the parting surface when starting the test mode.
