What problems should be paid attention to in the maintenance of blow mold?
(1) the cavity of a highly polished blow molding tool for blowing transparent containers, which varies from segment to segment during the production process.The mold cavity is polished with polishing agent and soft cotton paper. A small amount of polishing agent is rubbed hard to infiltrate into the surface of the mold cavity. Then, clean cotton paper is used to polish the cavity.
(2) after the blade of the blow molding tool holder is worn, it shall be repaired by the skilled mould maker.The shear block on the neck of the blow mold and the shear sleeve on the air inlet rod are key parts. To keep in good condition, it must be replaced in real time.
(3) when the cooling channel of the blow mold affects the flow of cooling media due to blockage or corrosion, it shall be cleaned immediately.
(4) the guide column and guide sleeve of the blow mold shall be lubricated regularly, and shall be replaced at least once every year in order to ensure the alignment of the two and a half molds and improve the service life of the mold.
(5) whenever the production or blowing molds are to be stored, the cooling orifice of the molds shall be cleaned with compressed air and the cavity shall be coated with protective agent to avoid corrosion.
