1.The leakage phenomenon at the joint of pipeline and the piston rod end of oil cylinder in hydraulic drive is often easy to occur.Hydraulic oil leakage, both waste energy and increased maintenance costs.In addition, oil spill pollution, environment pollution, even can cause fires, often do not pay attention to maintenance inspection, if the work of oil spill makes hydraulic oil shortages, equipment can't work normally.Therefore, the maintenance of the hydraulic system should be noted as follows.
2.When handing over the duty, pay attention to check the pipe joints and oil cylinder of the hydraulic system for leakage, and timely repair the oil leakage parts.
3.The cleaning and leveling of the screw or flange end face should be paid attention to when installing the piping, and the screw should be tightened with even force.
4.The sealing ring groove should be clean without burrs, and the sealing rubber ring should be cleaned before assembly.
5.Smooth surface of frictional surface between smooth movement and sealing rubber ring.
the hydraulic system work, pay attention to the hydraulic oil temperature should not exceed 55 ℃.If the oil temperature continues to rise, the cooling water flow should be increased to ensure the stability of the hydraulic oil temperature.The hydraulic oil is easy to degrade under high temperature condition for a long time.
6.Fluid fluid oil should be kept free of impurities, moisture and air and work in a well ventilated environment.The use of hydraulic oil should be noted as follows.
A. Filter when adding hydraulic oil.
B. Keep sufficient amount of hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil tank (the liquid level is at the high level of the oil mark).
C. Keep all control valves clean to avoid mixing with human oil when working.
D. Regularly check the quality of the hydraulic oil, filter the hydraulic oil if necessary, and precipitate and separate the oil water and impurities.
E. when the hydraulic oil is used in the new injection molding machine, it should be replaced after one month's work;When working normally, it should be replaced within one year to one and a half.
