  What is the characteristic of injection mould structure of thermoplastic side gate?

   The following figure shows the injection mould of the plastic side sprue, the mold parting and the moving die, which are installed in the horizontal injection machine.The fixed die set in the mould part is equipped with a fixed mold insert 6, a guide sleeve 8 and a cooling water nozzle 4. The template 9 is fitted with a sprue set 7, and a screw 5 is connected with the set plate 3.The template 9 is fixed on the fixed template of the injection machine, which connects the gate sleeve to the nozzle of the injection machine.The moving die set of the moving module is equipped with the moving die insert 1 and the guide pillar 16, the right side is set with screws 13 and 14, the fixed support plate 12, the positioning plate 11 and the positioning spring plate 10 are fixed.The moving template 15 is connected with the moving die set 2 with the screw 21. The moving template is equipped with the guide pillar 16, the spring 19, the screw 20, the pulling rod fixed plate 17 and the pulling rod 18.The moving template 15 is fixed on the moving template of the injection machine.

   When injection, the mold is in the mold opening position, first put in the screw insert, the spring piece 10 is stuck, positioning plate 11.Then the injection machine moves the moving parts to the closed position, and the plastic is injected into the mold through the pouring system and made into plastic parts.The water mouth 4 is circulating water to cool the mold and accelerate the molding.Open mould, the gate is pulled pull rod 18, servo module and mobile plastic, to a certain position, pull rod fixed plate material 17 is blocked by machine discharging device, dynamic model to continue moving, plastic parts and gate was introduced.When the mold is closed, the spring 19 guarantees the pull rod 18 to return to its original position.
