The following figure shows the basic structure of thermoplastic injection mould.The parting surface divides the mould into two parts: dynamic and fixed.The positioning ring of the fixed mode part is located with the positioning hole of the fixed table of the injection machine, and the mould part is clamped on the fixed platform of the injection machine.The gate sleeve is equipped with the main channel, one end of which is in contact with the injector nozzle, and the other end is connected with the diverging channel and gate connection to form the pouring system.
The moving module is fixed on the operating table of the injection machine, and the mold or die is carried out with the movement of the moving table.The moving module is provided with the ejection mechanism of the plastic parts, the reset rod 8 and the pull rod 16 which is pulled out from the gate sleeve.Guide column 2, guide sleeve 4 is used for the alignment of the die and die.
