3. Mold and gate design.

4. Melt temperature

5. Infusion speed
The shooting speed should be slow. Otherwise, excessive shear will reduce the material quality. When using UPVC to produce extremely smooth and thick wall products, the filling speed of multi-stage injection mold should be adopted.
