Most of the fitters work with hand tools on the bench to process the workpiece.Manual operation is characterized by strong technical ability, and the quality of processing depends mainly on the skill level of the operator.Therefore, it is usually done by the fitter to use mechanical processing methods which are not suitable or difficult to be machined.In particular, the assembly, commissioning, installation and maintenance of mechanical products need more work.The fitter is mainly divided into general fitter and tool fitter, and tool fitter is one kind of tool fitter.
As a good tool maker, first of all should have the basic operation skills, such as line, chisel cutting, filing, cutting, drilling, reaming, counter boring, reaming, tapping screw, screw, correction, curved, scraping, grinding, simple technical measure and heat treatment, etc.;Then we should master the machining methods of mould parts, and the skill of assembling, repairing and debugging of mould.
