Due to the special shape of the thread and the general product, it must be rotated to eject or laterally demould. According to the complexity and output of the product, there are two methods, manual and maneuver.
1) Forced thread removal
a. For the elastic plastic (PP. PE), it can be forced to release the mold without damaging the screw.
b. Use the elastic rubber to make the thread core. When opening the mold, use the spring to first withdraw the top rod of the core, so that the rubber core will shrink inward, and then use the thimble to pull the product out. This method can simplify the mold structure, but the rubber core has a short life and is only suitable for small batch production.
c. Some threads can be formed by a semi-circular slider or a ring, and the two pairs of half-sliders are combined to form a complete thread or the product is ejected by hand.
2) The motor unscrews the thread.
When the thread is pulled out, it must be rotated relative to each other. There must be a rotation stop device on the mold to ensure.
a. External stop The mold master mold is provided with a stop-rotation pattern, and the product can automatically fall off when the male mold is rotated.
b. Internal stop The product with internal thread is set on the top surface of the male mold. When the mold is released, the mold core rotates and the thread is pulled out axially. Note that the pitch of the stop mold must be consistent with the product pitch.
c. End stop of the product. Set the stop small bump on the end of the product. When the core rotates, push the plate to push the product out.
When a small product has a side gate, the product can be taken out only by ejecting the rubber channel, but it is avoided for soft plastics.
Core rotary drive methods are commonly used in manual, electric, oil cylinders, cylinders, hydraulic motors and large pitch screw nut drives. Generally speaking, when the rotating mechanism is designed, the product has several threads, and the thread core must be turned. a few laps
