3.Ring gate: extend the entire outer circumference of the product into the glue, it can make the plastic wrap the core evenly, exhaust well, reduce the bonding line.
4.Point gate: a cross-sectional area as the gate of needle, generally used for better flow of plastic, the gate length is generally not more than its diameter, so the gate after demoulding automatically cut off, it can make the mould to increase a parting surface, easy to shuikou demoulding.Its defect is due to the smaller into the gate of the pressure loss, cause some adverse time molding (flow mark, burning, black spots) its shape diamond, point gate are: single point, two point, multipoint shape, etc.
5.Side gate: generally open on the side of the mold, the parting surface is from the inside or outside of the glue, the cross section is rectangular, suitable for a multi-hole.
6.Direct gate: directly from the main channel into the cavity, suitable for single cavity deep cavity shell, box mold.The flow path is short, the pressure loss is less, it is beneficial to exhaust, but the gate removal is inconvenient, will leave obvious trace.
7.Latent gate: its gate is inclined to lurk on the side of the parting surface. It can automatically cut the needle point gate when the product is in the side or inside of the product, and it is suitable for automatic production.
