What are the forms of injection blow molding equipment?
According to specific production conditions, injection blow molding equipment can be divided into the following two forms.
(1) combined class form.It is to use the original injection machine, add blow molding assembly components, with appropriate control device, constitute the injection machine.
(2) complete class form.It is composed of injection system, blow molding system and injection and blow molding molds.The injection system can use vertical reciprocating injection machine or horizontal reciprocating injection machine.Compared with the horizontal syringe machine, the vertical syringe machine is simpler in structure. Under the same mold filling speed and low injection pressure, when the nominal injection amount is the same, the vertical syringe machine has fewer parts, less energy consumption, less occupation area and simple maintenance. It is suitable for materials requiring low shear, low melting temperature and low torque.Although the structure of horizontal injection machine is complex, it is easy to operate and reliable.
