What are the common ejection mechanisms of injection mold?
The combined form of pusher is shown in figure 1.Adopt the mould of push rod, the assembly is the simplest, the choice of freedom of position is big, apply most to box body piece.The shape of the ejector tip is rounded, angular, square, rectangular and other forms.The standard of Chinese plastic injection mold parts (GB4169.1 ~ 4169-84) has the standard of round putters.
The combined form of the ejector pin is shown in figure 2.Circular plastic parts with holes in the center, or circular protruding plastic parts with holes. The push parts should avoid the central core and can be pushed out by the push tube.
The combined form of the push plate is shown in figure 3, which is often used for the ejection of box type parts.Because the top is on the edge of the plastic part, the top is strong and reliable.
Push rod, push tube and push plate are combined with ejector mechanism as shown in figure 4.FIG. A is used in combination with push rod and push pipe, and FIG. B is used in combination with push plate and push pipe.

Once the action cannot make the plastic parts out of mold, can use the secondary ejection mechanism.The secondary ejection mechanism has many forms, as shown in figure 5.
