What are the adjustment points of die casting mould?
The equipment used for die-casting dies is usually hydraulic press.When testing the die on the hydraulic press, the main points of adjustment are:
(1) determine the hydraulic press used by the molding pressure die, and generally divide the high-pressure and low-pressure systems.At high pressure, the worktable is generally made to move slowly for plastic molding and pressure protection.At low pressure, the table can be rapidly raised and lowered for the opening and closing modes.When adjusting, it should be carried out at low pressure and gradually increase pressure. It should not be regulated under high pressure, nor can it reduce pressure under pressure.
The calculation of molding pressure is shown in equation (8-1).

In the formula, p - forming pressure (N/cm2);
P table -- indicator value of pressure gauge (N/cm2);
A live - piston area (cm2) of hydraulic cylinder working cylinder;
A1 -- projected area of plastic parts (cm2);According to formula (8-1), the indicator value of the pressure gauge is determined and the test mode is carried out.
(2) determine the length of time to protect the pressure, and determine according to the molding condition of the molded parts in the test mode. After setting the time, manually or adjust the time relay to automatically control the holding time.
(3) the adjustment on the workbench, positioning and speed in the test, first by artificial control, after being suitable, set table travel size, and position and adjust the automatic control components, to control the speed.
(4) adjust the ejection of the ejector and core device in the test mode, and adjust the ejection system.
Make the top out distance meet the requirements of molding parts.For the mould with core pulling mechanism, adjust the travel schedule, and coordinate the travel, movement and stop position and action time.
(5) adjust the mold according to the molding requirements to the specified temperature when the heating system is in the test mode.When the mold is tested, the temperature should be kept up to the specified temperature before the test pressure is carried out.
(6) determine the operation sequence according to the molding conditions and determine the operation sequence.In the test mode, it is generally controlled by hand for the procedures and time requirements of lift, pressure protection, pressure unloading and opening.Find suitable process parameters and prepare the technical base materials for batch production process.
