The advantages of the hot runner system
(1) have no water port, no post-processing is required, so that the whole molding process can be fully automated, saving working time and improving working efficiency.
(2) low pressure loss.The temperature of hot runner is the same as that of injection molding machine, which avoids the condensation of the material in the runner, and the injection pressure loss is small.
(3) the reuse of water mouth materials can degrade the plastic performance, while the use of heat flow channel system has no water mouth material, which can reduce the loss of raw materials and thus reduce the product cost.In the cavity, the temperature and pressure are uniform, the stress of the plastic parts is small, the density is even. Under the small injection pressure, the injection molding system is better than the general injection molding system in the shorter molding time.For transparent parts, thin pieces, large plastic parts or high demand plastic parts can show its advantages, and can produce larger products with smaller models.
(4) the hot nozzle is designed in a standardized and serialized manner, with various nozzle heads available for selection and good interchangeability.The unique design and processing of electric heating ring can achieve uniform heating temperature and long service life.Hot runner system is equipped with hot runner plate and thermostat. The deficiency of the application of the heat runner system
(1) the overall mold closure height is increased, and the overall height of the mold is increased due to the hot runner plate.
(2) thermal radiation is difficult to control, and the biggest problem of hot runner is the heat loss of sprue, which is a major problem that needs to be solved.
(3) there is thermal expansion, and thermal expansion and contraction is a problem to be considered in our design.
