                        Structure composition of injection machine

   A general type injection machine mainly includes injection device, mould closing device, hydraulic transmission system and electrical control system.The main function of the injection device is to plasticize the plastics uniformly and inject a certain amount of molten material into the mold cavity with sufficient pressure and speed.Injection device mainly consists of plastic parts (screw, barrel and nozzle), hopper, transmission device, metering device, injection and moving oil cylinder, etc.

   Clamping device:

   The function is to realize the opening and closing of the mold, guarantee the mold to close reliably during injection, and to release the product. The mold closing device is mainly composed of the front and rear fixed template, moving template, the pull rod used for connecting the front and rear template, the oil cylinder, connecting rod mechanism, the mold adjustment device and the product ejection device.

   Hydraulic system and electrical control system:

   Its function is to ensure that the syringe machine works accurately and effectively according to the predetermined requirements (pressure, speed, temperature, time) of the process.The hydraulic system of the injection machine is mainly composed of various hydraulic components and circuits and other ancillary equipment, while the electrical control system is mainly composed of various electrical appliances and instruments. The hydraulic system and the electrical system are organized organically to provide power and control for the injection machine
