1. Use of thimble oil
Thimble oil is generally a good lubricant for guide rail. The oil film is tough, non-loss, excellent lubrication, rust prevention and repelling performance. It is used in plastic mould thimble (push rod) lubrication.
2.Use occasions
In the process of beer delivery, if the ejection resistance of the thimble is too large, or the thimble retract is not good, the thimble oil needs to be sprayed.In addition, special personnel should be assigned to spray the thimble with oil on a regular basis (at least once per shift) every day to lubricate/protect the thimble.
3.Method of use
1) turn the thimble oil bottle (tank) upside down several times before use, so that the liquid in the bottle can be shaken (mixed)

5) after the operation of ejector oil, the ejector shall be operated under the "manual state" (3 ~ 5 times) for inspection

6) the oil from the oil or oil from the pin hole on the back mold core shall be cleaned with cotton cloth.
4.Matters needing attention
Do not stand on your head. Do not touch your eyes, do not inhale the spray, do not approach the fire and keep the air flowing.
1) do not place the bottle containing the thimble oil (spray can type) in the high temperature barrel/nozzle and hot melt glue

4) do not throw the empty bottle into the fire or puncture it after use.
