We offer custom Iinjection Mmolding machines ranging from 40 to 1600 tons and capable of producing a wide variety of custom parts. We are able to tailor to your needs, whether your requirement is for a small or large production run. Robotics may be deployed for parts removal assistance for efficiency and consistency, when required. Our factories work three shifts a day and utilize automation in order to keep costs competitive.
Our quality control systems helps us work effectively across a wide range of industry sectors including: electronics, industrial, healthcare, agriculture, and many others.
Special requests can also be provided (e.g. overmolding, supersonic welding, metal insert.)
An in-house quality team helps maintain the standards that our customers expect. We check parts off per customer specifications and maintain our quality systems. We can also perform specific quality inspection for our customers.
