Plastics can be divided into two categories, thermosetting and thermoplastic. The former cannot be reshaped and the latter can be repeated. Thermal plasticity has a large physical elongation, generally 50% to 500%. The force does not completely change linearly at different elongations.
The different properties of plastics determine their use in the industry. With the advancement of technology, the modification of plastics has not been stopped.
