2) Quotation: Including the price of the mold, the life of the mold, the turnover process, the tonnage required by the machine, and the delivery date of the mold. (More detailed quotes should include information such as product size weight, mold size weight, etc.)
3) Purchase Order: Customer orders, deposits, and acceptance of supplier orders.
4) Production Planning and Schedule Arrangement: This stage needs to reply to the customer on the specific date of delivery of the mold.
5) Mold Design: Possible design software includes Pro/Engineer, UG, Solidworks, AutoCAD, CATIA, etc.
6) Purchasing materials
7) Machining: The processes involved include: car, boring (milling), heat treatment, grinding, CNC, EDM, WEDM, and JIG GRINGING. Laser engraving, polishing, etc.
