BOSS hole
A: Size determination
Non-important holes (uncalibrated)
Dismantling: Slope 1 degree or 3 degrees out of small end size.
Important hole (with tolerance requirements)
Dismantling: Make the largest size, and make a proper slope.
B: Top out
Priority is given to pipetting, followed by double thimble.
C: Demoulding
The tube is formed on the tube core.
General demolition of the core directly.
The hole is shallow and not on the plane, the right is directly formed on the mold, and the entire part is removed.
Ribs
The determination of subtraction
When the ribs are deep (>10mm), consider splitting.
Principle: Give priority to grinding and shape.
advantage:
Processing technology, processes can be staggered, they can be arranged and shortened.
Avoid discharge machining. Poor accuracy, long cycle.
Easy to polish.
Good for molding plastic parts. Plastic package winds, insufficient defects can be properly reduced.

Disadvantages:
Assembly difficulty.
The mold strength is relatively reduced.
The possibility of flash increases.
When shallow ribs (<5mm), consider removing the whole piece
Demolition of ribs
The bottom has R angle
Demolition: Generally, as shown in the right figure, ensure that there are 0.1 to 0.2, or even 0.5 straight face, the remaining part to do R angle (the drawing will basically prompt clear).
There is an R angle at the bottom and a right angle in the middle.
